This month's payment shows a difference of more than 3 % points under the Bank of Canada exchange rate (1.061 paid vs 1.099 BoC).
Other months it has been only about 1 point less than the official rate (pretty good considering banks typically take 2% points off the official rate).
Maybe its another exchange rate error, or else they changed banks because of last month's mess-up.
It sure hurts when added to the fact that the rate has dropped from 1.25 a year ago.
Any other Canadian publishers notice this discrepancy?

why don't you open a bank account in the US, and ask G to transfer your money to this account?
It seems like they will keep doing such mistakes.
Make it simple for you and for them.

For myself, the exchange rate used was 1.1106806.

The money was received in my account today, May 30, although the PIP was on May 26.

From [bankofcanada.ca...] the latest few days of rates (noon and high) were:

May 25: 1.1073 (noon) / 1.1167 (high)
May 26: 1.1073 / 1.1112
May 29: 1.1050 / 1.1057
May 30: 1.0996 / (not available, as day isn't over yet)

To me, it looks like the spread wasn't 2%+. Indeed, I got a better rate than would be expected (i.e. the above rates are all lower than the actual rate I received, except if you used the HIGH on May 25 or May 26, and even then, the spread is tight).

You generally get a better rate the larger the amount. Leonard0, can you give us an idea of the amount involved?

Oops, my bad.
I should have waited until the PIP changed to Paid.
Instead, I mistakenly checked the previous month's payment in my bank account against the amount of the latest payment in US funds.
My rate for this payment is 1.111 which is actually a bit higher than the Bank of Canada rate.
My apologies to Google.
