Hi,

I sent an direct email to adsense-support at google dot com from my mail client rather then via contact us page and haven't got an automated reply.

I always used a contact us page before and always got an automated reply. Could someone who did the same shed more light please, as I am worried I need to resend.

Thanks

It was a long weekend in the US, and they probably have many emails to reply.
Give them a few more days.
I just get regular replies when I send emails to adsense-support@google.com
Didn't try the support form.

i got automated e-mails just for 3-4 times.

I have mailed them about 25-30 times.

LOL.

I ask too many questions.

Didn't had an paid e-mail account before.

As far as I know the reply might be a canned response or might be a very interested human asking you more details. It just depends on what you asked.

I always get a cut-and-paste response when I email Google at the address that is often posted here.
