I run google adsense on my site and doing ok with them.

I am about to join an exit popup exchange where my homepage will be popped up on other members sites. My homepage has google adsense ads being shown.

Am I allowed to be part of an exit exchange?

Check the Program Policies where this is addressed.

Contact the AdSense team about it. There pop-up/under policies really aren't too clear, and many people have emailed them for specific clarification on certain issues. This could be something they have an issue with, since it sounds like your site would be popping up on someone's computer, essentially without their permission. It is always best to double check with then, than get warned or suspended about it if they discover it later and have an issue with it.

I have the same thing. One of my site pops under in the homepage. However, I don't put any adsense ads in the homepage. I put them in inner pages of the site. There should not be any problem with that.. right?

I don't see anything in the terms or the FAQ about how you get traffic TO your site. Just about popup windows and navigation once people get there.

Even spamming doesn't appear to be explicitly prohibited, although I'm sure any site trying it would be quickly kicked out of the program.

After reviewing these posts and thinking it over, I decided to remove adsense from my homepage and join the exit exchnage.

In fact most of my traffic is to inner pages so its fair to say my clicks come from there too.
