How to block Clickbank affiliates' ads?

What should I enter into the filter?

I have a jobs site with AdSense on the pages and from time to time I'll see an ad placed by an affiliate for one of the Clickbank "Make $200 per hour typing" products.

The link is in this format:

rrrrr.yyyyyy.hop.clickbank.net

where rrrrr = the affiliate's ID and yyyyyy = the merchant's ID

I don't want to block all Clickbank ads, just any ads for this particular merchant, will I accomplish that by entering "yyyyyy.hop.clickbank.net" into the competitive ad filter?
