Discrepancies question

Sometimes I notice discrepancies in my reports that I don't yet understand.

For example, today I have one click so far and the revenue from the click is zero. How is that possible?

And last month when I started with Adsense I had the usual habit of checking my stats all day and saw that sometimes clicks or revenue were subtracted during the day.

What are the reasons for this? Is it due to clicks coming from certain countries or IP addresses?

You only really get accurate stats after the day has finished. Impressions, click and income are not I believe updated at the same time during the day. That might answer the question as to why one click is showing no income.

I thought the stats were updated every 15 minutes. That click is still showing as $0.00 after more than an hour. I have never seen stats change at the end of the day.

I have, not every day but often. Sometimes even a few days later.

Re: 15 minutes, I'm sure it was from Google themselves. It certainly also looks that way on busy days when I'm watching my host and Adsense stats.

Don't use Adlinks yet. Just 468s, 336s, FF buttons and scrapers.

It could be a CPM ad. Clicks don't pay anything. If the ads pay less than $1 CPM it will take several impressions to make $0.01 or more.

Hmm, a CPM ad. That could be it. Sadly I have no channels for my old ads so can't tell where it is from. I only started using channels on ads yesterday but didn't apply them to old pages because there are too many.
