Is that worth?

I need to know, most of you must have paid memberships and subsriptions. If it is the case, you will have limited (and the same)trafiic.

Is it allowed in the TOC to add adsense in the subscribed content? and how much is affects apart from the numbers of visitors?

Anyone is running online FREE magazine just for adsense?

Or are you covering your expenses by direct advertisements? Does adsense allow direct sponsorship ads along with adsense and vice versa?

I believe it's OK as long as the AdSense ("Mediapartners") spider can get access to the subscriber content. But as you point out, the two models are contradictory. Not only is your potential advertising income vastly reduced with a subscriber-only model, but your members might be quite annoyed by paying a membership fee and STILL being subjected to advertising.
