Google Adsense Text Links vs Regular Adsense

Frankly, we haven't tested the text links but have only tried regular adsense.

I have hear some positive comments about text links at one point in time. My aim is to get some input from those who have tried both.

For newbies, text links take the user to a second page of search results and the user must click a second time before you earn revenue.

well... hummm do you mean adlinks? Well, they are indeed very good.

actually, the proper name is "link units"

and i suppose your experience is that they compare favorably with regular adsense

During maintenance today I converted 150 pages that previously had leaderboards AND AdLinks to AdLinks only... based upon a 10X AdLink performance over leaderboards for the month of May.

Your performance may vary, however, for my niche the visitors seem to like the options offered by the AdLink format.
