My site is ranking in the first page of Google search result. By adding Adsense to the site will it effect (weak) my ranking?

Mysite is selling mobile phones, How can I subscribe to Adsense and I don't want Mobile phone selleting ads to appear in my site. How can I do it?

Well, based on what Google says it will not affect negatively your rankings. You can block individual advertisers from your Adsense filter, but you cannot block keywords as of yet.

No, it won't.

On the contrary there are rumors (I don't believe them to be true) that adsense actually helps in the SERPs.

There is a thing called "competitive filter" wher you can specify up to 200 URLS you don't want ads for. Its effectiveness in your case is doubtful, though.

A reccomendation: do read the Adsense TOS and policies. From your questions, you seem to be not very inclined to read the FAQs, manuals, etc. You could end up doing something that would make you banned from Adsense.
