Adsense IP Issues?

2 Accounts, 1 IP

I have a client who is hosted (several actually) under my shared IP hosting.

I am a web designer. If they have an adsense account under their site, and I am running my own under my own account on the same IP, do you think this would raise red-flags with the big G? My account is simply a shared hosting account, with lots of sites under the same shared IP.

I would assume no, but wanted to see if anyone else had experience or input.

IP address is cheap. Not worth taking the risk. :C I know I am not answering your question.

I would have though that most people use shared hosting and so there are bound to be two people (or many more) on the same server who have AdSense accounts. Google will have already thought of this. :)

It seems a perfectly reasonable and straightforward question, which Google will readily be able to answer. I'd contact them, and then you will have (hopefully) written permission which you will be able to keep a copy of, should complications later arise.

Many hosting providers have thousands of customers using the same IP adress.
I can't imagine Google will punish Adsensers for that...
