Ok, so I've scoured this forum and others and believe there is still hope to get reinstated, but until then...

The site I initially put the ads on wasn't bringing home the bread to begin with. If I have another website (different URL and everything) and want to use adsense, can I apply for another account? Or am I banned PERIOD from using Adsense?

From what I have read, once banned they never knowingly let you back in or open a new account.

You're banned... period.

IF you did nothing wrong, write to them and see if things can be worked out. There's quite a few threads on here relating to the subject.

Here are a couple threads that may be helpful:

I've been Reinstated - Adsense has let me Back in

There's not much we can do here to diagnose why you were banned. If you read the above posts you should get a good idea of how to proceed in getting reinstated if you feel you did not break any rules. And make sure you know the rules. ;)

Good luck.
