For me to be banned who religiously read Google rules and religiously monitored my account for compliance is really disaster. I am really sad! Hope they ban people who cheat and abuse Adsense, but not me!
I am disgusted by this decision and will be appealing it to Google tonight; will offer 1000% co-operation, including website logs and anything Google asks me to provide.
I will keep you posted what happens. I believe that Google will reverse this decision, because I never cheated or did anything illegal.
Anyway, contacting Google and offering your support seems the best choice. Here are some past WW threads that should help you at least make an idea of past experiences:

Good luck, and I really hope you solve this problem.
I have NOTHING to hide! And I am not afraid, because I did not CHEAT! I am hopefull Google will reverse its decision, and I will keep you all posted what happens.
People who cheat should be banned, but I did not cheat and my website is in full compliance, see my profile, I will put my website link.
The weird irony is that it wasn't, what? 8 days ago that you were suggesting there should be a special appeals process for banning, in

Anyway, good luck.
I do not normally comment on these threads but I feel really sorry for you if you have been the victim of some abusive clicking by a competitor.
I have a few sites and sometimes it makes me wonder when i get spikes if it is just a good day or someone is becoming click happy. I do not know how Google manage to weed out the click happy from the fraudulent.
If someone really does not like any site what is stopping them from click, click clicking all day long for a day or 2 just to get a poor unlucky webmaster booted from the fold.
I sit on tenterhooks as every day goes by. Log into my adsense account regularly (so that they know my IP address, and it doesn't match any clicks) and just pray that I never get the email. I am even frightened to click ANY AdSense ad, even if I am actually looking for something I need. Wow what power they hold!

It's a belief that seems to be held by every "banned" thread OP in history, but it's not a belief supported by the Terms and Conditions. Google makes it clear that getting banned is absolutely not contingent on the publisher's role in producing the "invalid clicks".
So, once again, we're left to wonder whether and when Google will try to effectively address the question: can a Bad Guy get anybody he wants banned from AdSense by supplying the appropriate pattern of "invalid clicks"?
Toldan im sorry about your loss, they treat any invalid clicks as a problem despite you doing anything wrong you are a victim but the advertisers are also, and they put advertisers before yourself in which respect you have been chosen to leave adsense over them.
Good luck man.
Google Okay's Adsense + Adbrite on the same pageI hope you kept the email okaying this.
I would also use it in my appeal.
Ann
I don't have adbrite on my site.
Gotta be a total nightmare. The weird irony is that it wasn't, what? 8 days ago that you were suggesting there should be a special appeals process for banning, in

Anyway, good luck.
Of course, there should be appeal process in case; too many innocent people have been banned, some of them reinstated. Now I am 110% sure that innocent person can be banned!

Thank you. I haven't even checked my stats today, but there was no big spikes in click through rate on my site lately. In fact, my CTR slightly dropped when compared to previous month.
Is it possible that "G" did not think the theme of your site is not allowed by their policies?
What's wrong with my theme? Google never said anything about my theme and their suppor team saw it many times. If there is any problem with the theme, I can & will change it immediately. I offered Google my unconditional 100% co-operation. I am hopefull they will change their decision.

Yes, that's why we need appeal process in place. If someone was clicking repeatedly on my ads just to ban me, then I can block that person's IP#. I offered Google my unconditional co-operation. I have nothing to hide, and will provide Google with anything they ask. If there is any problem, I will fix it immediately.
people get banned for no reason at google i believe that this is normal procedure and part of the service they offer you.Toldan im sorry about your loss, they treat any invalid clicks as a problem despite you doing anything wrong you are a victim but the advertisers are also, and they put advertisers before yourself in which respect you have been chosen to leave adsense over them.

Hi friend. Thank you.
If there is any invalid clicks, let Google credit them to advertisers so nobody is affected. Anything can be fixed and this decision has to be reversed if there is any justice in this world. I don't mind getting screwed if I deserve it, but I am absolutely outraged to be banned when I did everything I could to keep myself and my website in compliance. I am outraged because I did not cheat, nor I encouraged anybody to cheat! I've been with Google since April 2005 and never clicked on my ads. I don't even tell my friends what's my website address - it could only bring trouble.
Usually this type of thread is started by people new to Adsense or at least new to WW (they have a low number of posts). Your case seems different and is unnerving to long time WW and Adsense members.
I should hope you get reinstated. Please keep us posted.

And google don't want any trouble so if your site causes invalid clicks then they would rather see you leave despite why, or how, or justice.
However, I can reasure you that my account is disabled, because I got email from Google, plus when I attempt to login to my Adsense Account I get the following message: "Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application."

There is something terrible about a company who can just drop on you anytime, and withhold money -- without telling you why!
This unethical practice should really be challenged somehow. Lets face it, if there really were "invalid clicks", then why dont they simply refund the advertiser their money and contact the publisher. And if it is not the case of click validity, then they should just make a direct assertion.
They assume guilt, without explanation. Hardly seems ethical to me.
Here are some suggested solutions for you. Appeal, but if appeal is not successful, then you can try the following but I don't know if they'll work.
1) Adsense bans your a/c. If your site is returning good revenue, then set up a company, and apply using the company's name. Also, use another address from the current address associated with your current account. Maybe you can use your grandparents', uncles mailing address. Cheques to be paid in the Comapany's name. Set up a bank account in your company name so that you can bank in these cheques.
2) Get another website URL. Redirect all your traffic from your old URL to the new URL.
