text links with no links

did anyone see it?

all my text link shows text but it does lack the link. so how users can click? weired....anyone Else saw it?

My 120x90 block was getting only a single link on it for a few hours, though I see now it's gone back to being more 'correct' with 5 links again.

i mean you see the links, but you cant click on them....the hyperlink is missing
