Exactly one month ago I reached that $20 dollar mark.
You can find my last post here /forum89/13368.htm

Now $20 has become my daily average, My record high was $46 some days ago thanks to a site-targeted ads which last short but paid really good.

New content added during this month. SE traffic improved, but still poor ranking from google. Lots of improvements to go.

My first goal $600/month should reach by this month. Next target I would aim at $1000/month, and break $50 dollar mark.

Wish all of us would be doing good, and everyone got the motivation to succeed. That's the most important I think.

I have yet to embark on adsense as I am hoping to get my site content done and the site launched before the end of the month. The aim will be to set planned growth stages much like yourself.

You are gradually building up and continuing to add relevant content which is hopefully developing a higher rate of repeat visitors and bringing in a steady stream of new visitors.

Good luck on reaching your aims, and with google ranking concerned there are many issues surrounding that at the minute so the only healer for that is time.

Congrats Its good to see that you made it. I looked at your other post. Your on your way! I've been around for 3 months, and almost halfway to my first payment. Just gotta keep plugging away and be patient, so hearing stories like yours helps out. In the meantime, I suppose I should start on the other sites since my current one is layed out and pretty static, just having to compete against a .gov web site... but ehh..maybe someday they'll link to me as a resource. :)

For the lazy among us, a hot link to that previous thread is: [webmasterworld.com...]

Care to share more of your story? You mentioned before your traffic was from SE and forum -- what's the traffic split between the two now? What's the revenue split between the two (if you can tell)?

Before, your SE traffic came from Yahoo and you weren't getting any love from Google -- has that changed?

I agree, it's nice that your situation improved, but what some people would probably be interested in is if you did anything to move it along, or if it's just a random thing in your favor.

Most of my SE traffic comes from yahoo, then msn and google, but they are extremely low (yahoo 95%, others 5%). I guess Im still in the google sandbox, but they are doing slightly better now.

Other traffic comes from forums, newsgroups, some natural links and repeated visitors. This accounts for about 20% of my overall traffic source.

I created a number of blogs on different topics some months ago, each with some original content. Recently,
one of my blog started to stand out in MSN, this helped to bring a few more traffic to my site. So I know I should focus on this blog to make it work better for me.

Page impression has grown by 50%+ due to added new content. The added content helps to make visitors stays longer, and visit more pages and more clicks happen.

Lastly, my CTR is always below 2%, but I regard this as normal due to the nature of my site. (its not a forum tho)
