my current CPM is around 200- 400 per day.
EARNING shows only : CPM/1000 * eCPM = earning

eCPM average are $6. my earning daily are 1-2 USD.
and this is all my earning.

although, there is CTR about 2-6%.

shouldn't i get some earning from this 5 to 20 clicks per day? what are the requirement to earn the CTR? I cant find it anywhere else.

its my second year with google.
previously participate, but later stop for half year. now coming back to them.

my accoutn got $45 ... all 100% from eCPM earning only.
there is clicks, but none of them get paid. anything that i should know?

i start placing banner ads on local auction site, and draw some traffic already. will this allow me to earn CTR?

You don't 'earn' CTR. CTR is mearly a number showing how much the ads are beeing clicked in relation to the number of impressions.

If you have an average eCPM of $6, but only getting $1-$2 a day, maths tells me that you only have around 150-300 impressions a day. Don't expect to make big money from that small amount of visitors.

Looking at the clicks, each click pays you 0.10-0.20. The price you get mainly depends on the ads that are shown (what the advertisers are paying for the keywords that are linked to the ads and your site). Although CTR assumably has impact on the CPC (smartpricing), this shouldn't make a big difference in your case, judging by the low number of visitors you have.

Also, if you think you aren't getting paid for clicks (but for impressions), try running a report that splits out Contextual and Site targeted ads. This will show you what type of ads are beeing shown/clicked, and how much you are earning of them.
