I'm developing a website that details the hotels/resorts/clubs, etc. I expect to have well of 2000 entries on this website by the completion of the website.

My query is, if this site has google adsense added to it, the 2000 pages of it, what sort of revenue can be generated from this. I also expect this to be one of the largest hotel websites in my country so if marketed well can draw in alot of traffic.

Also is it against the rules or laws to charge these hotels a small fee to have their details published on my website?

I'm new to this so any help what-so-ever would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
peter

You can charge them to be listed on your site. If they're willing to pay for it. Are you good at sales?

To generate a lot of traffic and adsense (or regular ad) revenue, you need to have a large number of listings. IF you charge and only a few will pay, then you don't have many listings, or traffic, or revenue....
