Help solve a google adsense argue

Hi,

Me and my friend who was banned from google are having an argue at the moment. He registered at google with his site then added my site too because im not 18 yet, so he gets banned and rejoins with my site, in a week his banned again.

I say the site doesn't matter, how in earth am i suppose to sell the site to someone who might use adsense himself then?

He says he got banned again because of the site.

Whose right?

(ps. site is a good niche site, nothing illegal there)

If I understand your post correctly HE is banned PLUS any web site on which HIS code has been used.

It will now be very difficult for you to apply, when 18, for an AdSense account for your site.

Your saving grace may be your own name, address etc and to start under a new domain name.

He got banned again because he had been banned before, not because of his site. Once you are banned, you are banned for life. When he reapplied, Google checked, found he had been banned before, and banned him again.

Unfortunately for you, your friend got your site banned because it is now associated with HIM. So he shouldn't be blaming you--he should actually be apologizing to you!

When you apply, as the other poster said, use a different site.
