do i ask for acceptance

more than a year ago i used adsense to make a few bucks on my main website. once i got my product ready i kicked adsense from the website.

recently i started to build a new website two months and put adsense code on it.
do i have to apply with each and every website i put code on?

Nope, as long as you have an active account for adsense you can add as many domains as you like.
