We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. If you have elected to receive contextually-targeted Google ads, this would include all other contextually-targeted ads or links on the same page as Google ads
Does this mean that you can have, for example, Yahoo ads on other pages of a site, where Google ads are not present? This includes contextual ads.
Taking it a step further, there are three reasons I asked this.
1] My site is UK based, for UK users, and many of the ads showing are for USA and other countries.
2] My site was not built for AdSense, and as such there is limited space for ad placement. AdSense is very restrictive in their ad formats, whilst other companies allow customisation of size etc.
3] Those pages that are getting low return on AdSense may be better served by another company.[ This would obviously be a trial and error issue to find out if others work better ]
