Have not been able to change the font on Google Adsense ads.
Have seen sites that have changed the fonts.
Is this possible, is it limited only to certain publishers?
Any advise would be appreciated.

I don't think you can change AdS font...maybe premium publishers can...

Don't even TRY to change fonts--messing with the AdSense code can get you banned. Read the TOS. This is specifically mentioned...

If a firefox user presses CTRL-+ he can get the font larger... so maybe people should be told to increase their browser font size and you may get the desired effects (i would imagine the adsense banners to be messed )

The font face and the font size is fixed by Google, so there is no way to change it even if you could.
