How to tract Ads unit performance

Let say I have three ads unit in single page and I want to confirm which is the best for visitors clicks. Can we do it?

You can have channels

For example, I name my channels

example.com
example.com/.adlink
example.com/.content

for the 300x250 in the navigation,
the AdLink in the navigation
an additional ad some times in the content area

The naming convention from me is practical when the channels are listed in an report together with URL channels.
