More accounts per family

Hi, i'm new here and i wanted to know if any of you have more adsense accounts in one family? like ... i have an account and my bro too ... same home address.. may google ban us if we both have accounts? ... and another q .. if they ban my bro do i risk to get banned too?

Although I think this should be completely within Adsense TOS, I would not recommend doing this...

Both my wife and I have an adsense account. There is a danger of anything one does means that we both get banned, but we both fully understand the rules and implications we are very careful to stick to them. You can have multiple accounts within a household / office / wherever , but everyone involved has to fully understand the rules, and the consequences to all of breaking them.
