Editing html cause adsense to disappear.

No adsense on one page for several days now.

I have some pages that have had Adsense on them for months, if not over a year. I decided that I should reformat the pages more in line with the suggestions of the Adsense heat map. What I have experienced is if I make a change at all to the html of a page that the adsense ads (one adlink block, one adsense box) simply disappear.

The types of changes I have made are:

1) Removing a leaderboard sized graphic (my website's nameplate) from the top of some pages.

2) Simply moving a <h2> line from above to below a graphic.

Like I said, making either of these changes has caused the Adsense ads to vanish. I've made some of these changes on pages just today, but one page was changed several days ago and still does not have any Adsense showing on it. Not only is it hard to reformat a page if there aren't any visible ads but reformating this whole topic would simply mean doing without income from it for evidently some indefinite time period. Any ideas about what is going on?

Your html editing program may be making minor changes to the AdSense code--I've noticed that even removing extra white space in an ad can cause it to cease functioning.

As crazy as this may sound, I'd suggest that you regenerate the code for the affected pages, re-place it on the pages, and then see what happens.
