10-25% is good for me 25-35 happens quite often 35-45 i see now and then 45+ is very, very rare
my overall traffic is still low, so don't go getting too excited. I do make my monthly check though.

I was just about to ask this very question. My ctr is about 5% too, any advance on 5?

5% seems fairly nominal. I believe you can get that up to 10% with a well formed page. Some of my pages are up as high as 25% but they're low volume due to being rather 'niche'.

It depends much on the theme.
My main sites have all the same layout, so I can say, that the CTR depends mainly on the theme.

On a couple of sites I have 40%~50% CTR. On another site I have it 0.2%
For me the great traffic the site has, the less CTR - That's why I am still poor!
