ePCM and Earnings

I have a question about ePCM and earnings.

After three long months of having no earnings I was pleasantly surprised to see the ePCM column reported an earning. Though, it still shows total earnings of 0.00. What's even stranger is there are a few impressions for this day but no clicks. How could I earn anything if no one clicked the ad unit? What am I missing?

Check and see in your advanced reports it if it site targetted earning or contextual based earning, you may have some site based earning but not enough impressions to make .01$ so you would show an eCPM but no earnings especially if your traffic is low.

Thanks for the quick feedback. It was a site targeted earning. Does that mean an ad unit displayed an ad about my site?

I don't know how much info I can give away because of the tos but the amount was much more than .01$ and made by only one person. Unfortunately, traffic is always pathetically low for me. It's something I really need to work on. Thankfully, this recent earnings mystery is getting my hopes up. :)
