Each morning during the Exodus, the Israelites only had to step out of the tent (in their PJs, presumably) to gather up the manna that fell that day.

They even had smartpricing in those days (Leviticus 25:16 - when the years are many, you are to increase the price, and when the years are few, you are to decrease the price). This does suggest a different slant on the phrase "conversion rate".
