Not Showing Two 336x280 on same page?

Am I doing something wrong, or is it against google TOS?

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to display two seperate ad blocks that are 336x280. The second one isn't showing up, however - it's just white space. The content of the ad dissapears, but I know it's at least recognizing the code because of the space. Here's how my pages looks:

I am doing this with a php include. Has anybody ran into this problem before?

It sounds like there aren't enough ads running to fill your space. Maybe you have a topic with few advertisers. I suggest reducing it to one ad.
