How can you check whether the URL is paying high or low? For instance, MFAs don't pay jack s--t!

You could use Overture search to look up the bidder and click "View Advertisers' Max Bids" to see what they're paying.

Sorry Bill, you can't.
Only mighty G knows...

Celgins, the Overture tool gives just an indication about what the maximum bid is at Overture. It says nothing about what these keywords actually pay at Overture. Hence it says less than nothing about what these keywords pay at Google. Thus it says yet even less than absolutely nothing about what specific ads pay;-)

Humbleb... Of course. I didn't think BillDex was asking for a true collection of $$$ each URL paid.

The Overture search tool is only a small representation of what a company might pay for Adwords.

"The Overture search tool is only a small representation of what a company might pay for Adwords."

Indeed, but you are very right of course by mentioning the Overture tool. Cause it really is the best (free) tool availabe. It has been a great help for me so far. Just give it a try Billdex, you sure will find it very useful!

Billdex, I meant to say the Forrest Gump thing:
Adsense (Life) is like a box of chocolates; ya never know what you gonna get...

You can't tell who is a good payer and who isn't, so be careful when blocking - your revenues might go down.

However, as a rule of thumb, if they don't directly sell a product, service or are a genuine inmformational site then they rely on arbitrage and cannot afford to pay a lot for clicks.
