I redirect people to another site when google tries to display PSA ads. Even though google adsense doesn't show and my redirect URL does, does google track those impressions?

Off topic, but how can you figure out what ads are going to run before they are displayed? My guess is that if you're receiving the ad (you know it's coming), then Google thinks the impression happened.
