"Contact us" form works?

I have one adsense account whose activity is way above it's usual earnings. I have to assume someone on this planet has mounted some version of a click attack on this site and its adsense account.

I of course need to contact Adsense about this. I have logged into my account and clicked the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

The page that shows resolves to a form where I type in information, you then click "submit." On the page that appears after submitting I get the message:

"Error: Please hit your back button and enter a valid email address."

This in fact is not correct response. I have filled out the form using 4 different email address (all of which are good) and I get the same message.

Is there another way to contact Adsense?

I sent you an email address to your sticky mail :-)

....make sure you use your log in email address when you write, so they recognise your account :-)

Did you check your logs to see what IPs/referrers are sending the traffic? Based on your first sentence, click attack is far from the most likely explanation.

Thanks Eazygoin.

As far as the "attack" itself all I really know is that earnings here in a half day are 20 times what they would be expected to be.

It's a small site, less than 60 pages or so. I've stripped all Adsense off all of the pages.

I'm not so savvy with log files and such. I did look at my Adsense stats by channel. I was hoping it was just one chanel being abused but instead several showed elevated CTR's.

This site is small enough that it really could be just one site visitor (maybe someone in the same field scoping out things to see if they might want to create their own site, or see how the adsense ads work and who is advertising).

This site has never taken off for me, small traffic and small money. I have two Adsense accounts (different corporations, all legit with Adsense) but Adsense knows that these accounts are related. I fear this activity with the little site could get my big site booted from Adsense.
