AdSense Minimum Earnings/Time Requirement

Do I have to make a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time?

I recently started a blog and put AdSense on it. However, since then, I have decided to do something else on the web (much bigger plans), and have not given much attention to the blog.

My "content-less" blog will undoubtedly sit there with zero upates, zero visitors, zero page impressions, and zero clicks as I prepare my new webpage. My question is: what kind of repercussions will this have regarding my AdSense account? Will Google disable my account if it doesn't make a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time (or if it doesn't get so many visitors, so many clicks, etc.).

I appreciate your comments and any advice you can give me for the meantime.

As far as im aware if your account does not live up to a standard Adsense is happy with it will be removed within 2 months.

I cannot confirm this however it's somthing I've learnt in reading about adsense for a year+ now... and I would never like to go inactive for longer than 3 weeks period of time.
