How to use block filter on Adsense for search?

For Adsense for content is simple, I use the preview tool and it shows the URL.

But how to use Adsense for Search content when A) it’s against the TOS to make any query your self, and B) You don’t even know what query your visitor is going to make, so what can you filter?

So is the filter feature on Adsense for Search strictly based on blind hope?

I like to know how everyone else uses the block filter in this area.

I didn't realise until recently that there was a separate filter for search! All I do is copy my regular list over occasionally.

I figure that as the search box is not used that much, and the income is only pennies anyway that it's not worth investigating and blocking anyway.
