Can i register for adsense program?

Hi all,
i have site for reviews of afflialate(pay to read and other) programs. Can i register with that site for google adsense?

You can certainly apply for an AdSense account. Whether or not you are accepted into the program is completely up to Google. Nobody here can tell you that you will, in fact, be accepted.

Apply after reading terms and conditions or battle it out with Adsense reply bot.

Tip: if you keep telling the bot it's wrong it will believe you after 3-4 emails, a friend of mine had a geocities all set up with nice content but google did not appreciate the adverts, it said that it was a JS advert bar exactly like adsense on the right hand side and that it was causing problems with IEXPLORER, now since when does an adsense bot use IEXPLORER it's so obviously a lie, so my friend made no modifications and told the bot a number of times "there is no adverts try using firefox" the bot eventualy agreed with the same wording over and over again (at luck? roll a dice maybe) and my friend was accepted without any problems.

Now let that be a lesson to you adsense bot , fear firefox :D

you are right only google can tell me.
I think i'm was seeing adsense on site like mine, but i am no sure.
If they reject dont accept my account, can i try to register later with other site?

Yes... you can register over and over again if you do not currently have an adsense account.

Also I found out that some users have two adsense accounts , so that's somthing to bare in mind about the possibility of trying again.
