If I am grabbing an RSS feed from a site (either from my own or another), which has YPN RSS Ads within it, can Adsense also be displayed on that page?
(Also, I know this probably isn't the right place to ask, but I may get a much quicker answer than the YPN section... if this is possible, can I display the RSS ads to non-US visitors, thanks).

No, and you are responsible for making sure this doesn't happen, not the person with the feed.
