Seriously: I try to keep articles on my site shorter than the equivalent of two typed pages. If they get longer than that, I divide them up. There's been research done that showed that viewers of a long article online will keep reading longer if it's split up into pages than if they have to scroll and scroll. And if you split it up, you can put an adblock on each section.
