When I log into my account under my adsense I can only see the page per cpm, there is no cpc column. Do I need to sign up for cpc seperate? I thought I did. Where in my account do I do that. Thank you

When you paste in the ad code you are automatically going to be receiving both CPM and CPC ads. They're both reported the same way.

If you are looking for a column that gives you the average cost per click, Google doesn't tell you that. You have to calculate it.

Also, the number you want isn't CPC (cost per click), but EPC (earnings per click). CPC is what's paid by the advertiser; EPC is the publisher's net share.
