Putting Keywords Invisible

Hai!

i am new to WebmasterWorld.

can i put some keywords on a table cell from invisible to user.
i.e. asume my site is related to software and the adds have less ecpm. to increse the ecpm,i put some keywords like 'insurence' 'octions' etc.

is this illigal way to load google adds.

Google has banned sites from their search engine entirely for invisible text.

I believe Adsense publishers must adhere to Google's webmaster guidelines as well.

I would recommend against invisible text of any sort.

Some people cloak to the media bot. Problem is that the media bot has started doing double duty as googlebot.

afridy isn't talking about some arguably harmless cloaking. afridy is talking about cheating--trying to get insurance ads on a site that is really about software.

I'm not sure whether Google would ban your AdSense account for this but it's not smart to do it because it may hurt your search engine rankings severely.

Additionally, users who visit pages about software aren't interested in insurance so it's very likely that your CTR will drop.

It's better to get 10 clicks that pay 10 cent than to get only 2 clicks that pay 25 cent.

i was doing this for somtime. from today i promise i ll imedatly going to remove all invisible text.

so what is the idea you can give me to improve my ecpm. this is what i have.

2 pages.

1st page shows all spyware related adds. average ecpm is 16.75%

2nd page shows adds related to Datarecovery.
average ecpm is 12.50%

What is your openion about this stats. good or bad? any idea to improve even better?

Is this your eCPM or CTR (click through ratio) if its ecpm $16.75 is ok, its about half of mine on average, and if its your CTR then again its very good.

So which is it your CTR or eCPM?

Just put ypn on it. They will put high paying off topic ads on your site. Nobody will click on them though.
