Logging into AdSense from work

I am new to Adsense, have it for several months.

I work in a large company with over 25,000 employees (the site is my side biz). All employees have internet access through the company proxy server. Quite often I log into my adsense account from work via the proxy.

I just think what happens when other employees visit my site and click my ads. This is something that can easily happen ~100 times a year. And Google might think it's me... Will I be banned?! What can I do?

Don't check your account from work? Apart from the AdSense factor, your employers might not like the fact that you're using their internet for private business purposes, and especially if the connection is going through a proxy, it'd be easy to flag.

solution part 1: don't log in from work again - its risky (as you've explained) and it may annoy your employer 9against the employers TOS? <g>)
solution part 2: drop google a note telling them where you've been checking from and the IPs it is likely to be from. I don't really believe it would help, but who knows?

If you must login from work and you're worried about it from an IP perspective, just setup a VNC "tunnel" out to your home PC (assuming they don't firewall that).

What if an other employee from your office has an Adsense account too, and imagine he gets banned for clickfraud or whatever. That might endanger your account too, or wouldn't it?
