On my yesterday report there was one page where only 1 click was recorded. According to the stats that click had zero CPC - the earning column shows $0.00.

What's the reason for that?

Fraudulent click or a CPM ad.

I haven't clicked anything, even by accident, no doubt about that.

Regarding the CPM ads, I was not aware they can display it without me opting in for this service. My CTR and CPC have been Okay so far and I can't believe CPM can bring me more money than PPC. Is it a good practice to cancel CPM ads, or should I let Google to decide what the best way to maximize revenues is?

Yes, they are showing cpm ads unless you opt out by sending them an email requesting that they don't show cpm ads on your website.

Could be the point you raised in another thread [webmasterworld.com] - someone from work with the same IP clicking one of your ads.

Totally innocent on the surface, but how is Google to know, so they don't credit the click.
