Just saw one of my 250x250 ad unit show two ads and a list of ad links type of section which had the header: "Change to ads about"

>>"Change to ads about"

You mean written and clickable, like the "Ads by Gooooooogle?"

Yeah you click on one of the links under the "Change ads to about:" and the page kind of refreshes with ads on that particular keyword. But the links on "Change ads to about:" section are exactly the links on my adlink unit.

I see this message in ad links.

No.. that's "View ads about" in the adlinks. This is adlinks inside different ad units and it does not display a page full of ads like adlinks. It refreshes the current page with new ads.
I haven't seen this before.

I saw those in my leaderboards some time last year for a couple of weeks and then never saw them again. Maybe Google is testing them again.

*Edit* Oops, read the last post wrong.
