Adsense On Banned Sites

Hi,

My Adsense account was terminated because of click frauds on one of my 30 small sites.

1) Can I reapply under my friend's name using one of the sites?

2) If not, can I apply under a "new" site and once approved, use it on some of my old sites that were assosiated with my old banned account?

I wish to clarify that I was banned but I am innocent. I have been totally honest in my dealing with Google. It would be very unfair if all my sites are banned forever.

Thanks for helping.

If you are totally innocent of click fraud, then it's worth appealing to Google giving them as much information as you can. They have been known to reinstate banned accounts.

Not only have they banned you, they have also banned your sites, and will ban associated accounts. So applying in your freinds name for a banned site is most likely going to get him booted out too.

If not, can I apply under a "new" site and once approved, use it on some of my old sites that were assosiated with my old banned account?

Very unlikely. If you are in the US, you need to give them some tax number so you deffinitely can't reapply. If you live outside the US you don't give them tax numbers so it's more difficult to ban the person completely, but they have banned the sites and putting the code on one of them is going to get you, and any associated account banned again.

Your only real options are to try and get your account reinstated with Google, or to monetise your site using another program.
