How to make inline rectangle ad using 300x250 ad format?

Hi we are now looking at setting up an inline rectangle ad using the 300x250 ad format.

Can anyone please point to a website (or msg me the link) that guides the user on how to set up the inline rectangle ad?

The following official google ad site shows the possible formats:

We are looking for the ad at the bottom of the page.

I forgot to add, the tabel it is in has 'vertical-align: top;'
