Let us say your adsense account has been smart priced significantly. Does this mean that when someone clicks an adsense ad on your site that you get a reduced share of the revenue, or that the cost to the adwords advertiser is also less? Both?

Anyone know?

It means the advertiser pays less.

So the advertiser pays less. Does the Publisher still get the same percentage of revenue per click?

I can't see any way that is knowable, unless Google chooses to reveal it. It's quite possibly a formula that ensures some fixed cost per click (possibly a fraction of a cent) always goes to Google to cover overhead.

A more important fact that Google has apparently chosen to reveal is that Smart Pricing is per account. That means that starting a new website that offers a lower ROI to advertisers can put your existing website's earnings in peril.

Nobody really has any idea. My gut feeling is that it's probably the same, give or take.
