"Wizard" and "'single page"

Have i been blind since they changed the setup a few months back, or did the "wizard" and "single" page option just appear today?

I can't seem to work out how to select multiple colour schemes with the new wizard. Does anyone now how to do this?

if i recall, it's an option at the bottom of the color selection drop-down list..
it's kinda hidden..
