I found a script online that tracks IP addresses of people that click on your adsense ads. Is it ok to use it or is it against adsense TOS?

so, what can you do with the script? Track other people's IP addresses?
And, lets say you get 30,000 cliks a month - are you going to go through each every IP address before you find out who clicked 10-20 times? Come on, it is just not working.

No i'm not gonna go through 30,000 ip address i'm going to put it in a SQL database and run queries.
