is worldvision dot org a public service ad?

I added a new half banner today with the public service ads off, but worldvision (save starving children etc) keeps popping up. I've had katrina victims in the past but never this charity.

is there any place to find a list of all ads that do not pay?

worldvision is a christian religious organization that gives starving children food and then asks them to convert to christianity.

They also spend a good portion of donation on Bibles.

PSAs always say "Public Service Ads By Google" where "Ads by Gooooooogle" would normally be.

So, if you don't see that, it's a paying ad. I believe I have seen non-profits in paying ads before.
