Added Section Targeting: Great Results

Removed it then Put them Back, but Good Results haven't Returned

For several months I have seen my CTR gradually getting lower, because mild poor targeting on my main, most visited page.

Two days ago I implemented section targeting, and CTR rose to the OK point.

However, this morning I had the "great idea" to remove the section targeting to see how the page will do.

Now the ads are completely off target, and the CTR is extreamly low. I added the section targeting code again, but no results.

When I first added the code, the results where visible within minutes. What can I do?
