Correcting Irrelevent Default Ads

Here's what happened. I have a small local travel site and added some recipes to it, hoping to grab some Christmas traffic.

Before I added the recipes my default ads were always about my city. The recipes worked too, and drew in some traffic and apparently cookies was a top ad.

Now since Christmas is over and cookies are no longer popular. I moved the recipes to their own domain. So there isn't any mention of food on my site, yet all my new pages show default cookie ads and it has been a month, and the mediabot has not been around.

What to do?
Section targeting? I heard someone say something about visit your pages, but I have visitors visiting the pages, isn't that good enough?

so you changed the page content, and the ads didn't follow... and the cache in google's search engine still shows the old page content?

i would email adsense support, they have fixed targeting issues before on some of my pages.

No I didn't change the page content. I totally removed the pages and redirected the folder to the new domain.
