Adsense geotargetting

Does it target domains also?

Hi everybody, this is my first post here. I'm from Argentina, so please excuse my bad english. :-)
I've been reading about Adsense using geotargetting for showing its ads. I mean, for a user in Germany it shows german ads or german-related sponsor ads; for Spain in spanish and so on.
But what happens with the domain of the site? I mean, does Adsense show spanish ads on a www.mydomain.com.es (for spain)?
I know you can define the language of the site and so Adsense "knows" on which language to show the ads. But if I make an english site on a spanish domain... will it shows spanish or english ads?
Thanks in advance for your appreciations.

Did you ever saw a spanish ad on a english site you viseted from Argentina?

I donīt think AdSense is using Geotargetting. I never saw a ad in other language than the site language.

Probably not but the results might be slightly altered by the domain. So ,Neocisco, if you have a Spanish domain, don't be afraid to create English content, the ads will be mainly based on the conent of your page and the nationality of your visitor. That's my experience.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it several times, not many though.

Well, it seems to be using some kind of geotargetting, since the Adsense Preview Tool shows different ads for different countries.
I have a spanish site about bird flu and I remember seeing english ads and even dutch ads on it, but maybe that's because google didn't have enough spanish ads to show and so it showed other languages ads. Anyway in such a case I think Google should directly show no ads at all, or maybe such as those "Did you know #*$!?" ones, don't you think?
I'm planning on moving to english so I wondered if the same thing happened in english. Also, since my domain is from Argentina (.com.ar) I wondered if I'll have problems with Adsense o even with search engines, since I would like to show english content in a .ar site (spanish related).
