Can i place adsense on a site with a popup?

I want to employ a popunder on one of my widget sites for another one of my widgets sites. The one site that will have the popunder has google adsense on it, is that allowed?

I was reading the tos and it talks about not having adsens code in a popup how about just a regular pop under for another site?

My site has both pop-unders and Adsense - no problems with the Adsense TOS.

Employ pop-unders, and put Adsense on the pop-unders: big problems with the Adsense TOS.
