They promptly acknowledged my email with their usual reply. However, up to now the missing check has not yet been cancelled (G said that the phrase 'payment cancelled' will appear in the payment line once this happens).
My question is: does it really take this long, or should I send a follow-up email to G already? I'm afraid that the amount will once again be left out in the next payment cycle.
I'd appreciate any comments or advice on this. BTW, I'm already on secure and express delivery, so no need for reminders on this [ok, so I should have listened to you earlier... but that's how hard-headed I am :)]. Thanks to everyone.
